Josh Gartman
VP of Coaching & Curriculum at CityPickle. Josh combines elite competitive experience with high-level coaching, specializing in players from youth to advanced levels. A PPR-certified coach, he focuses on technical development, strategy, and personalized instruction. His sessions are energetic, tactical, and designed to help players elevate their game.
Dylan Baum
Head Pro at CityPickle Times Square. DUPR RPPK Master Instructor. Dylan has over four years of coaching experience and has competed in tournaments across the country. He brings an energetic and encouraging coaching style that is focused on fundamentals.
Elana Bush
With over two years of playing experience and a 4.8 DUPR, Elana brings a solid foundation in court positioning, game strategy, and smart shot selection. Elana meets players where they are and helps the, build confidence, skill, and consistency—all while keeping the energy high and the vibes positive.

What is your cancellation/refund policy?
Cancellations made within one week are subject to full charge.

What happens if it rains?
Our Long Island City and Times Square clubs are fully indoor, so play continues rain or shine. For outdoor sessions at Wollman Rink, weather may impact schedules. If we need to cancel due to inclement weather, we’ll notify you as soon as possible.

Can I play after camp ends?
Yes, if courts are available. Rates vary by location.

Is there food on-site?
Our Times Square location features a full bar and restaurant open daily.
Our Wollman Rink location offers cafe fare.
In Long Island City, our kitchen is open Thursday through Sunday starting at 4pm.

What are the goals of camp?
Our goal is to give players the tools, techniques, and a clear roadmap to elevate their pickleball skills while experiencing the pure joy of the game. We’re committed to creating a fun, social, and supportive environment where players can grow and connect with others.

How many campers are there per camp?
Camp size varies by location. We guarantee a 8:1 player to coach ratio.

Is there a bad weather refund policy?
At CityPickle, we prioritize making the most of every opportunity to play. In the event of bad weather, we will do our best to adjust camp hours to make up for missed time. If alternative plans can’t be arranged, a 50% refund will be issued for camp hours not realized due to rain.>

Is there a camp cancellation policy?
We understand that life can be unpredictable, and plans sometimes change. We strive to accommodate our customers and campers as much as possible. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

What is the cost per camper?
Our camps are $649 for the entire two-day course, which also includes perks like a swag bag and prizes. Sign up early to take advantage of our early bird special pricing – now through November 2.

How many hours of instruction are in a camp?
Each day includes 6 hours of on-court instruction and programming.
