Club Associate

$20/hour

Part-time

Seven-hour shifts

Club Associate Job Description:

• Friendly, trustworthy, reliable person with exceptional customer service skills
• Flexibility with schedule seven days a week, between 6:30am - 11pm
• Responsible for greeting & directing players/customers/members, checking-in players, completion of waivers, and other administrative duties
• Facilitate equipment rentals
• Maintaining the Pro Shop - sell merchandise, restock inventory, overall organization
• Possess the skills necessary to use a POS system and an iPad
• Handling cash and credit card transactions
• Ability to provide basic info about programming and/or direct to someone who can
• Responsible for keeping the courts, cafe, and surrounding areas orderly
• Aid the players and teaching pros if something is needed on the courts
• Assist Club Leaders and General Manager with other miscellaneous tasks as needed
• Overall dependable, collaborative team member
